Good Selection, Bad Bad Customer Service!. This bridal shop has a good selection of nice dresses. However the staff was not overly friendly. The thing I disliked the most was that after you try on dresses they tell you that you get 10% off a dress....but only if you put your deposit down that same day. I don't think it is very professional to try to pressure a bride into buying a dress without giving her time to think about it....especially for something as special as your bridal gown. Once I put down my deposit but then decided against the dress I had to use my deposit for store credit for another item. Once I wasn't buying a dress from them (I ended up using the deposit to buy shoes) they were extremely nasty and very difficult to work with. Overall I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.

do not buy here!. Bad service, impolite sales people and management is not accomodating! I purchased my wedding gown and the day i scheduled for my fitting..dress is not ready esp., the extra beading they add on dress. (Worst case my fiance saw the dress as he picked it up). Specifically ask them not to use a clear or see thru garment bag so my fiance will not see. I wanted to do a final fitting but beading and alterations not done on time! Do not buy! You will regret! The dress and veil were wrinkled upon pick up time! BAD BAD BAD!
