Unreliable, do not honor their promises, unprofessional. I had my wedding at this restaurant because I wished to support a Muslim business. Unfortunately, they did not follow through with many of their promises.

The main thing I wanted from them was to make sure that no other parties were going on the night of my wedding, and they said they could only do that if I paid for 600 guests; I had originally intended to book only 400. However, because that was so important to me, I paid for 600 guests (we ended up with around 550 coming to the wedding). Then, about a month before my wedding I found they had booked another party for the SAME NIGHT for 80 guests. I told the owner, and he said he could do nothing about it since he wasn't the one who had booked it, it was the manager or someone. I was very frustrated. The night of my wedding, there were women from the other party coming to the guys' side of my wedding (it was a separate wedding).

They didn't follow through on other promises, but this was the main problem I had with them. I will never do business with them again.

I hate this restaurant. My wedding reception was booked at this restaurant and a week before the party I found out another party was booked in our place and our reservation mysteriously disappeared. It was an extremely stressful experience. Luckily we had our paperwork to prove it. We even paid a deposit! They almost ruined my wedding day. Do not trust these people they are awful.
