Pizza ok, Always takes forever.. Pizza ok, takes forever. Always more then an hour. Don't ask for anything out of the ordinary. And don't expect exemplary customer service they are not capable of it. They have the careless demeanor of your typical gas station attendant. I'm not even sure the employees know how to smile. Perhaps management provides a poor work environment.

Round Tables in CV is spacious, clean & has great cust svc!. A Round Table Pizza fan since childhood & still holdin' it down for them! Had take-out dinner on a wday towards end of August w/ great cust svc, cool location, & of course great pizza from my local Castro Valley Round Tables =)

LOCATION: Off Redwood Road w/ Castro Valley Blvd as cross street; pretty much across the street from Taco Bell & next door to Ultra Tans II; reasonably close to CV-BART station parking lot. There's a door entrance off main street (Redwood Road) that leads directly into dinning area, but for pickup or dinning in it's easier to park in the back w/ private lot as there is also a back entrance that leads you directly into cash register area.

RESTAURANT: Very spacious, clean, small salad bar, soda fountain station, & kinda small-tight arcade area (about 4 game stations) but at least it's there. Restaurant itself is quite large w/ plenty of bench-booth seats, a few 4-seater tables w/ armless chairs, & plenty of ceiling lights as not much windows for natural light. Waiting area is a small L-shape cushion bench area pretty much in their (what I say) "Sponsorship Corner" of local kids sports & trophies from soccer, baseball, & more. All the times I or BF have stopped in, it's hardly crowded w/ folks dinning it, but plenty of traffic for "2Go" & deliveries.

CUST SVC: AWESOME! I came in right after work to place my order & had intensions to just wait for the food to cook. You can see the staff in the kitchen being busy busy busy w/ dinner orders, & 2 cashiers up front were taking care of business. Young gent took my order & I specifically requested thin crust. As I waited, gent let me know cooks accidently did regular crust so they started over to do thin crust...gent cashier wanted to keep me in the loop basically for my sit-n-wait time frame. I appreciated it & didn't want to hassel if remaking it was going to be a problem, but he assured me it wasn't. Less than 1min later, gent-cashier comes back w/ 1 large plastic cup & lets me know due to their error they want to give me a courtesy fountain drink & bag of chips. I mean to me, overNbeyond, not really neccessary, but TRULY appreciated! The staff is friendly, welcoming, polite, & overall great cust svc. Keep up the good work team ;-)

TASTES: I've been having a taste for some Garlic Parmesan Twists, but upon arrival decided to get some pizza to take home too *tee-hee*. Paid like $23 for 6 Garlic Parmesan Twists ($5) & 1 medium Italian Garlic Supreme Pizza w/ red sauce instead of preset garlic sauce ($17). No pics for ya, but the meal was great! The garlic bread was hot, cheesy, & garlicy (best eaten w/ Ranch dressing)...the pizza's thin crust cooked out just right w/ delicious toppings of "Pepperoni, Italian sausage, Roma tomatoes, white mushrooms, green onions,& chopped garlic".

LAST SLICE: I love this Castro Valley location being so close to home, really good restaurant size, & awesome cust svc! I will continue to come here fo' sho *tee-hee* Hmmm....what to get next time tho?
