Best food Great Customer service

Got there on a Busy night with no resrevation, Got a table after 10 minutes, service was like there is no one in there but us. The best food server friendly and attendent. I am going there every time I have a chance.

Best of east bay

I have try this resturant many times and I have to say the best service and people are working there. Food is outstanding and we voted this resturant number one last two years as best italian in east bay. Try it your self aand see what I nean.

Saiaku!! THE WORST!!

We were told to be seated 20 minutes, but it took more then 40 minutes. Then waiter didn't come 15 min, we were just left at table. The waiter was so rude!! He doesn't know how to talk to customers, doesn't care about timing, made our feeling very bad. We felt sorry for this restaurant because he makes everything look bad. When we order coffee for dessert, it didn't come more then 15 minutes, then other waiter brought it for us instead. He was too ashamed to bring it. Then we paid by cash, he asked us that "do you need change back?" what kind of service is that!!

Food was below average, over priced. We ordered salad to share but it came with my main fish on same plate. It was so weird.
