The Scene
Both the Noe Valley and Rockridge outposts of this sportswear boutique provide a relaxing environment and an experienced staff who clearly live the active lifestyle that they promote. Like supportive coaches, the well-trained salespeople are eager to discuss customers' fitness goals so they can help find the right shoes, sportswear, gear, and attitude for that upcoming marathon, triathlon, 5K or yoga class.
The Goods
The high-end sportswear, shoes and accessories are geared toward athletes who put performance before fashion. That said, the merchandise is still feminine and fun, housing designers like Iron Girl, Patagonia, Hind Activewear and Adidas. It also carries designer yoga clothes from Eastern-influenced Prana and Of The Earth's Vinyasa line, which is offered in plain colors and has a cotton feel. Gear ranges from Freestyle sports watches to Gu Energy Gel to Timbuk2 computer bags.

The staff is so great and I always get good all-around service for shoes and clothes. Everyone there is so helpful and make it fun to shop!
