Berkeley's Best Insurance. Insurance is not normally something I do reveiws on but Steve's office has been taking care of things for me for a few years now and I am really happy with the results. Everyone is very friendly and upbeat in the office and they make it really easy to deal with one of the necessities of life…insurance. Not one of my favorite topics but Steve outlines my options so I get what I want and am able to pass on what I don't. Many of my friends are now also insured through Steve.

Best Place to Go for Insurance. I've been insured by State Farm for years all over the state. This office is by far the best. The went over all my insurance in detail and pointed out ways I could save money. If you are looking around for insurance this is a great place to go.

The best place to do business. I've been insured with Steve's office for a few years now and have told many of my friends they should move their insurance to his office. There is always a person there that picks up the phone or answers an e-mail. You just don't get that type of service anymore.

I was late paying my insurance, I mean really late like it was going to cancel the next day. I got the normal letter and so on that all stacked up in "the pile" but just to make sure I took care of things their office called me on the phone too. I did make a payment just in time and although I felt like a fool they were cool with it.

I wish all the other companies I have to deal with were as nice.

I got what I paid for. I have had my insurance at this place for year but just made payments there and that was about it. Well I messed up and rear ended someone and got to see if what I had been paying for for years was worth it. They guy I spoke with in the office made it easy to get my car fixed and said they would deal with the other guy so I don't have to talk to him any more, which is a good thing for me. He set it up so I could get my car in the shop that day. I think I was only on the phone with him for a few mintues too. It makes me feel much better about all those years of just paying them money.

Great insurance Experience. I called all over town and either got voice mail or got put on with the script reading people. There office was just around the corner from my house so I could get everything done quick.
