came here to get watch wrist-strap fixed. Owner is a really nice guy, gave me a good price, and I was in and out within 5-10 minutes. The place itself looks well organized. will definitely come again if needed. Place is a little hard to find, its a few stores down from the Panera Bread on Paseo Padre. Definitely recommend.

Great service! My Maurice Lacroix watch doesn't work and trying to find a reliable shop in Fremont. The owner is so experienced and provided excellent service.

Very detail procedure, cleaning, adjustment and fine polishing, make my 20-years-old watch almost back to factory condition!! Meanwhile, REASONABLE price!!!

Best place for honest service and great customer service. Nader and his wife are friendly and knowledgeable and it shows. Their shop is full of lovely jewelry and Nader is the best at jewelry repair. Great Service, Great Place. Unfortunately I do not know the gentleman's name, but I went in yesterday to have my battery changed and he was wonderful. Reasonable price. Excellent Customer Service! Would recommend this place to anyone.

Honest Place. I have been here a couple times and what I appreciate about this place is the honesty. Nader, the owner didn't overcharge me for a watch repair that he couldn't fix entirely and I appreciated that. I ahve also been here for appraisals. He is very nice and the store is in a nice location. I will definitely go back! Thank you
