ClubSport in Fremont is mismanaged.
This could have been a great club to join, unfortunately this place is mismanaged. One of the biggest challenges is that some members do not behave well. There are a lot of locker break-in's.
Stealing is common.
It looks like some people try to trash the place intentionally. Some members are rude and have no manner. Women and kids are often being bullied by some adult males. The shower facility is often left with a lot of garbage. Towels are all over the place.
The staffs are out numbered by the issues. However if the management tries then at least they could do something about it., but this place got a really bad management. If you dont have to go there, they dont.…
Good amenities but VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This would have been a very good place, I liked it during my intiial visit and went back to sign up but was met with very lousy staff service. The member rep came and didn't even bother to ask me
what happened, really didn't even care to fix the misunderstanding.
Well, dear, I'm not going to pay $100+ per month to get such rude, lousy service!
NOT WORTH A PENNY!…
