Love this Place!. I go to Kelly Ann's regularly. The people there are so great. It is a BUSY place...when a place is good, it's usually busy. I book in advance, but am able to get appointments on short notice. They move things around to accommodate my time requests. There is a cancellation list, and more times than not, I get a slot. I read another review where it said that the people were rude...WOW, not my experience, EVER. I do think that if you give off a negative nasty vibe, you might just get the same back. OK, let's talk decor...NOT my taste, but it is clean and comfortable! Overall, I LOVE Kelly Ann's, and you will also!

So relaxing and lovely!. I came to Kelly Ann's for a swedish massage the day before my wedding and oh my goodness. The atmosphere was wonderful and they offer you refreshments right when you walk in the door! I has a male massage therapist, I believe his name was Leroy? He was absolutely wonderful. He did so much to make sure I was absolutely comfortable. It definitely helped me lower the pre-wedding stress level! I HIGHLY recommend Kelly Ann's!!

SteffiM. I've been to Kelly Ann's several times now for my brows and for my nails. Today was the final straw when the person answering the phones (named Daniel) was very rude when I called for an appointment. I've noticed that the front desk staff is often stressed and today was no exception. The owners of Kelly Ann's need to pay attention to this because it is never ending and affects their customers. It's NEVER a pleasant experience at the front desk. After the way that Daniel treated my call today, I don't think I'll ever go back to Kelly Ann's again. Also, I'd like to mention that it seems as if you have to book two weeks in advance for nails. I've gotten painful ingrown hang nails after pedicures at Kelly Ann's, which I've learned my lesson now. I had my brows waxed and colored three times there and with each color I specifically asked the same person to make them darker (richer) in color and it just was not done.

the best brows around!!!!. Everytime I have gone, they have never let me down! Great work girls! No one does brows like Kelly Ann's.

BEST SPA EVER. Kelly Ann's is the best spa I have ever been too! Its perfect, the atmosphere is WONDERFUL and the staff is great. It is certainly the best place EVER to get Pedicures!!!!!!!!

Relaxation is found at Kelly Ann's Day Spa. Kaytlyn, a new technician, gave me my most recent manicure & pedicure. The entire experience was great. But the massage during my pedicure was amazing! Even though she is a "new" technician, she isn't new to the spa itself. She has been a receptionists there for quite awhile now. She is a very pleasant young lady. And I highly recommend her! LDP

Divine Peace, Joy and Love. :). Kelly Ann's Day Spa is a place that I feel Divine Peace, Joy and Love. Very few places have that and to me it is the heart of Health and SPA treatments.
