I used to live in SF and this was my preferred flower shop. Anyone who has walked in this place will see the freshness and variety of flowers. I, unlike others, have had nothing but good experience with flowers here. I am in the military and constantly travel, but my family is in SF and if I need flowers, I call Urban Flowers, order specifics, and they make it happen. I have had plenty of encounters with bad flowers, this isn’t one! Speak to the owner, great guy who likes what he does and is willing to help! Highly recommended!

Like in previous reviews, I ordered some flowers to be delivered only to find out from the receiver that the flowers never arrived. When I called to get a confirmation on the delivery the owner just gave me the run around. I recommend you find another florist with a better track record.
