The Scene
A converted spa showroom hidden between acres of humdrum business sprawl might seem like an unlikely spot for nightlife in Fremont, but after 25 years of success further south in San Jose, the Rack knows how to party. This location attracts a diverse crowd with troughs full of cold beer, a stage you could park an 18-wheeler on, and yes, there's even a mechanical bull.
The Draw
Three bars corral the massive split-level dance floor, so if you aren't ready to show the world your two-step, just head to the saloon near the back for a view of the bull ride. A game room with four pool tables, pinball and a handful of arcade games gets plenty of use, but the real action is rocking with the band. Big-name country acts play here periodically, but the house band Appaloosa has plenty going on without the higher ticket prices.

I love seeing the Chippendales when they come since it always makes me feel good. My favorite skits are Cowboy and Hero! The guys are so sweet and so easy on the eyes. Ladies you can't miss them when they come to the Saddlerack!

First of all, I hate country music. With that said, I love the Saddlerack!!! I have gone several times with my friends and we always have a great time. The live band that is usually there when we go, Appaloosa, is always really good. The music they play is pop-country and actually a lot of rock-and-roll. They keep the crowd involved and invite the entire crowd of girls on stage to dance during certain songs. The people there are generally very friendly and you feel pretty safe mingling and dancing with whoever you want. I always have a good time with my friends riding the b ull and getting drinks at the barber chair. Definately reccommend the saddlerack for anyone looking to have an awesome time and dance the entire night away!!

I'm not a country girl myself, but this place was really fun. My expectations were met but it seemed that there were more elderly guys there than I was expecting. They specialized in the bar area where you can order various types of beers. They have a great dance floor along with music. This place is a great deal to go to, though on the weekends it can be more expensive to get into! I would recommend people who like the country music/ bar setting.
