I was originally informed that the facility was air conditioned. The following morning, I was told that the facility was in fact NOT air conditioned. I guess they can't keep their lies straight? I was stuck with them though, as I had a flight to catch. In 100 degree weather, a/c is a necessity! The new staff is scummy, lies to your face, and seem pretty stupid, (i.e.-didn't know how much my stay would cost). My dogs won't be staying here any longer.
Pros: The one honest emplyee!!!
Cons: The other employee, poorly managed!

Who knew when a dog entered a kennel it would run in with it's tag wagging! My dog Tater loves everyone here. Marcelo and Matt are excellent to her. Tater knows Marcelo well and loves him! And dogs are the best at knowing character. Marcelo has helped me with problems I have had with my dog graciously. I go out of town often and wouldn't trust my best friend with anyone else. I have recommended Planet Canine to all my friends. If you want knowledge, love, caring, reliable people, then Planet Canine is where you should send the one you love. Take it from Tater, because she wouldn't lie.
Pros: Very personable! Very Clean!
Cons: Absolutely nothing!
