Best burritos bar none. Sorry Mission. The best burrito is at La Bamba (in Mountain View and Richmond). La Bamba's Carne Asada burrito is the best burrito ever made by humans. Bar None. The Carne Asada tastes phenomenal, and experienced burrito rollers consistently deliver proper ingredient mix, distribution and quantity in a structurally-sound double-foil-wrapped shell.
