Awesome place for a Pearl/Boba Drink. I've been to J&S Coffee & Tea House inside Pacific East Mall a few times w/ my sis & routinely get my Milk Tea drink only. Not sure why as they have a large menu of other drinks (tea, milk tea, slushes/icees) & variety of flavors, Double Rainbow ice cream (FLAVORS: Ultra Chocolate, Mango, Strawberry, Cookie Vanilla, Lychee Nut, Green Tea, Cappuccino Choc Crunch, & French Vanilla), & other common Chinese snacks. My sis & I ended up getting Regular Honeydew Milk Tea w/ large tapioca pearl & our sisNlaw got Regular Passionfruit w/ lychee jelly. Final tab was like $8 I believe. Their milk teas have always been satisfying & tasty for my sis & I, so this past Saturday was no different. Love that the pearls come up easy w/ the larger straw w/ every sip...hate when I get a pearl that's stuck/lodge in straw 'cuz it's too big & my a$$ just kept on sucking due to sheer determination to get that pearl.

We'll continue to come back to this place everytime we're in the area & have cash since CASH ONLY =( ...we really enjoy their Honeydew Milk Tea w/ pearls here! I will say for a snack attack tho, to go to Hong Kong Snack House just right down the hall from them on your way out Pacific East Mall...which is what we did *teehee*.
