what are they doing?. package arrived at this location on the 4th, sat there over the weekend. 5 business days later.... it makes its way out of there!?! whats up with that anyway?

Another Case of Keeping My Package. Sent package on the Jan 6. it is now January 23. My package is stuck in Richmond, California now going on 3 weeks. Had to file a complaint with USPS to locate my package in hopes of it arriving to it's destination. Wow you pay your money for shipping and then you're at the mercy of these bozos. I agree with other review, worst Post Office in the Country.

Horrendous service, extremely rude on the phone.. Extremely rude personal. No help whatsoever. The response to a call about a package they have been holding for 3 weeks now is: wrong number, call San Francisco Bulk Mail, get the 800 number through informations, don't call again. The worst Post Office in the country.
