In Short
Possibly the only yoga studio to also host a monthly ambient groove party, 7th Heaven Body Awareness Center is clean, well-lighted and roomy, which comes in handy when the studio is filled with club kids looking for more than just a yoga high. Yoga studios tend to be somewhat cramped, but that's not a problem here. Add to this the friendly atmosphere and the helpful staff, and you quickly understand how aptly named this East Bay studio is.

this is REAL yoga: mindful, meditative; "breath is the key to life" yoga.
after going to a couple of 'young buck' yoga classes with 'jungle jim,' (and there are plenty of those out there now with yoga being so popular), i have to say, the traditionally steeped old school yoga is the only way to go: a no injury, no stress, mind-expanding, judgement-suspending experience.
7th heaven offers that kind of yoga.
