Browbar ask for Nichole. When Loa-An made her move to Richmond my mom and I started going to Benefit's Browbar. Nichole is the best!!! She listens to to what you want, provides expert advise and works with you to create the best brow look for you. She doesn't work Fri & Sat. so be sure to book an appointment before you're weekend!

love the estheticians. i needed an emergency last-minute wax job and heard i should stop by this spot. i didn't even know they HAD estheticians on staff, but i was more than pleasantly surprised. they squeezed me in last minute, were super friendly and efficient, and it was relatively cheaper than comprable salons. the best part: at the end their makeup folk let you try out some of their products. of course, that could also be the worst part, if you're like me and can't resist new toys.

worst customer service!. Recently I moved to the east bay from SF. For years, I loved the Benefit shops in SF and expected I would get the same level of quality and service at the 4th st shop. Boy was I wrong! I have to say it was the worst experience in a retail business ever! (And it was my birthday) I won't bore everyone with the details but I will never set foot in that place again and I try my best to talk my friends and family out of patronizing that location as well! Stay Away if at all possible!
