love the estheticians. i needed an emergency last-minute wax job and heard i should stop by this spot. i didn't even know they HAD estheticians on staff, but i was more than pleasantly surprised. they squeezed me in last minute, were super friendly and efficient, and it was relatively cheaper than comprable salons. the best part: at the end their makeup folk let you try out some of their products. of course, that could also be the worst part, if you're like me and can't resist new toys.…

worst customer service!. Recently I moved to the east bay from SF. For years, I loved the Benefit shops in SF and expected I would get the same level of quality and service at the 4th st shop. Boy was I wrong! I have to say it was the worst experience in a retail business ever!
