Love the products, not sure about this particular store. Don't get me wrong. I love BE products. They rock! However, this particular store is hit-or-miss when it comes to customer service. The last 3 times I went to this one, I didn't get greeted or acknowledged by anyone and they were all gabbing in a huddle in the middle of the store. I'm not the type of person that needs to be bugged by associates and prefer to be left alone but to not even get a 'hello' is pretty ridiculous. I still buy stuff here but wish the service was consistent.
