Editorial Review for Temple Bar Tiki Bar & Grill – by Erik Fong
The Scene
Outside, it's no more conspicuous than your corner liquor store. Inside, it's a good-spirited family reunion with the Hawaiian relatives you never knew you had. Wooden chairs, floral-shirted employees, tiki lamps and Hawaiian kitsch scatter the dimly lit dining and drinking area. Most of the seating in the compact establishment consists of larger tables, so bring a group or get friendly with other customers. The clientele is mostly made up of Hawaiians in their 40s and above, with even the occasional group of punk rockers soaking in the serene atmosphere.
The Draw
There's live Hawaiian music every weekend evening. Templebar a large selection of brew, as well as cocktails like Blue Hawaiis and Banana Cows. Pacific rim-themed entrees in the $10 range are served daily (except Sundays) until 9pm, and include Polynesian style huli-huli chicken and pork adobo.

The Temple bar offers an extrodinary dining experience for a very reasonable price. They have an amazing selection the best cocktails I have ever had. Serving up a range of tasty authentic Hawaiian specialties. I have tried everything on their menu and even had them cater a party. I could not find any dish that was anything less than exceptional.
