failure to keep appointment. I made an appointment last week with Ceridono Heating for a repairman to come today between 1:00 and 3:00. No one showed up.

Reliable, Solid Service. We needed a replacement for our out-dated furnace and asbestos covered pipes. I was wary of using Ceridono because the resource I usually rely on--Berkeley Parents Network--had a strongly negative review for them. Because I was desperate to get heating for the winter, I risked using them, and they were great. The foreman was polite, punctual, and knowledgeable, and the workman was on time, efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. They came in below price of other companies I called that required waiting weeks to get the job done. Ceridono guaranteed that the job would be completed when they said it would, and it was. They helped with all rebate forms for the new energy efficient furnace. Overall, a very positive experience.

Ceridono: punctual, responsive and professional. The representatives of Ceridono were punctual, responsive, efficient and professional in every way. I was not sold anything I did not need and the product offered was the most advanced, energy efficient technology (I called the manufacturer of Carrier and Bryant and discovered another vendor tried to sell me a "legacy" furnace [old technology]... that is when I decided to go with Ceridono).

I am very satisfied with the final product and Ceridono has earned my trust and loyalty as a customer. I could not ask for better service.

The Ceridono team (Vincent, Jason & Mike) that I met were articulate, helpful and extremely good with dealing with customers and handling difficult problems. Wonderful people to work with...

They don't keep their appointments!. Made an appointment to fix my heater. Even called 36 hours before just to confirm...its cold w/out a heater. The evening before Ceridono calls to say they can't make this appointment that has been on their books for a week and re-confirmed. The reason given...they are "swamped." This is not the Ceridono of a few years back...they have gone downhill. Kruse was out here fast. I'd use them instead of Ceridono.
