Burgers--of both the all-beef and meatless variety--are the name of the game at this highly-trafficked neighborhood eatery. Plain interiors with walls proudly decked in local dining awards take a backseat to huge flame-broiled patties. Destination-themed sandwiches, like the Milano with roasted eggplant, zucchini and tomato pesto sauce and the Baja chicken with avocado, bacon and salsa, are served a la carte. Side orders include deep-fried veggies and steak-cut fries.

I heard a lot about Barney's gourmet burgers before I actually tried it. Overall, Barney's has very good burgers to offer. They have a wide selection to choose from. Types of burgers you probably wouldn't even imagine. Everything is very fresh. One thing you should make not of if you decide to eat at Barney's is that their burger tends to be on the well-done side. If you actually get well-done you're burger may be charred a bit. PROS: great selection CONS: a little on the well-done side

bugers here are ok, i dont exactly see what all the hype is about. yes, the curly fries are good, but in general curly fries are usually good. the prices are decent, and the food quality is decent, but at times, i found that there really isnt anything all that special here. in conclusion, if you want a decent burger, go here. they also have some exotic burgers on the menu, but i havent tried any of them yet.

Barneys boasts a million variations on the common hamburger, turkey burger, chicken burger, and veggie burger. I'm partial to the Popeye Chicken--a chicken burger with spinach and feta. They've also got salads and some very large, very tasty milkshakes. The only detractor here is that your burger stands alone. If you want fries, you've got to order them separately.
