The WORST customer. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I called to request delivery, which I have gotten many times before, and was refused. They told me that they were open until 2pm and wouldn't be delivering today (Saturday) due to the Holiday. Ok, fine. When I told them they wouldn't have my business any longer I hung up. Moments later, I received TWO harassing phone calls. Both of the calls were from a young woman that said she didn't appreciate being hung up on. She made threats and cussed me out. I have record of both calls as she was smart enough to leave voice messages. I have reported them to the police and will report them to the BBU. Besides all of that, their food is sub par. I use them at work in a pinch. Don't do it, you'll regret it.

Amazing Sanwiches!!!. This place is definitley the cream of the crop when it comes to sandwiches. The sandwiches are just incredible!!! From thier breakfast sandwiches on a crossant to their outstanding pastrami, salami turkey and roastbeef on a huge sour or sesame roll. NOw they even serve a teryaki chicken or beef bowls. When you start you cannot stop. This place seems to be known throughout the neighboorhood. People love the service...the owner Bill is an amazing man that always goes out of his way help people. I highly recommend this place you must try it and then you'll know what I'm talking about.
