not bad. Well run compared to other car washes in this area. They got me in and out in a jiffy and the work quality was better than the competition, though I still had to check it carefully and did find a spot they missed.

They yell at customers. After paying for a car wash and gas I learned that the car wash had closed. When I asked for a refund I was told that I would be charged extra for the gas because I did not buy a car wash--since it was not available. When I complained the manager yelled at me. I think they do not like women--or customers.

Really interesting , don't wait. I like to go to Berkeley Touch less Car wash once a week for washing my car even Its a little pricey but its really worth it.The reason , First ,because of quality of service ,sincerely I am always satisfied ,Second for the speed and the way how they take care of my car ,Third because of the discount for the gas ,so when I got my car washed , I save 25% off for the gas, it's really chipper ,Fourth , I have never gotten bored when I got there ,because there is always something to do ,However ,I can shop inside store even .

Uneventful. Reading the review, I was scared that they were going to scratch my car real bad... but I've been coming here once every 2 months, and so far so good... maybe the jury's still out?

Beware!. I got my car back with two large scratches on the front passenger door. The manager, Edmundo Alarcon, was rude and unhelpful. And to top it off, the car wasn't clean! Save your money and your car - stay away from this terrible car wash.
