Should be closed!. I have been to Soleil Tanning, Berkeley couple of times thinking that they would get better, NOT worse. Their customer serrvice, staff (bunch of kids), products( I was orange one time), ownership just SUCKS! I mean " Com'on!!"... I highly NOT recommend them.. Everything about that place is worthless..
