The best Tanning Experiance EVER!!

I go tanning pretty frequently and have tried multiple other places in the nearby areas This place wipes the competition under the table.. The customer service is amazing.The staff is very friendly and professional. You don't walk in to a teenage girl slumped over the counter chewing gum and twirling her hair, talking on her cell phone while typing your name into the computer. The staff members greet you when you walk in and leave, and are available for you to ask questions without you feeling like you're bothering them, or keeping them from closing because they have a party to go to. You can tell they are very client oriented and have all kinds of specials that meet your needs in price/quantity. All my friends go here and they LOVE IT. Even my my lighter complexion friends because they have a specialized bed for customers who have light skin that normally burns.. the Matrix bed...its amazing!!

I love this place! One of the most beautiful tanning salons I've seen! The staff is awesome and I love the fact they know who I am when I walk in there (not that I visit on a daily basis but I've been a member for several years now!)

Great quality beds and very clean!!

This salon was recommended to me by a friend, and now I recommend it to my friends -- none of whom have been disappointed. If you want a great-looking tan and a relaxing experience without the expensive price tag, look no further.

Dont Give Your Credit Card and Put Everything in Writing

Please think twice before you give Soleil your credit card information. They have been erroneously charging me for months and the staff continues to say it is just a billing error and they will correct it, but they don't. This is intentional to stall for time in order to continue to charge my account. Finally, I had to notify my bank of the fraudulent charges and cancel that card. I believe that Soleil has a pattern of unethical business practices.. I caution you to put everything in writing with them and have his staff sign it..... The staff at the Berkeley location continues to assure me that I would be refunded but that they don't manage the billing and that the owner will have to correct it and that I need to send and email to the owner. After weeks of emails and calls, I STILL HAVE NOT received a response. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Great unlimited tanning special

I have been tanning at various Soleil Tanning locations for the past two years. I think there are 4 now. They are conveniently located, and are open from 9am to 10pm every day. They have a great tanning special. Unlimited tanning in all lay down or stand up beds (except this one special UV Scan bed) for $39 per month. At this time of year if you go twice a week it's only $5 per visit!

The employees and staff have always been courteous, if not downright friendly. I have recommended Soleil to many of my friends and they have all shared positive experiences as well. Oh yeah, I think the spray tanning there is good too!
