I've had a couple of piercings from Todd, the owner. He's incredibly knowledgable and really professional. He's incredibly skilled and the piercings I've gotten from him, even though they are the 'most serious' piercings I have had, have healed better than all of the ones I've had from other piercers/facilities. They were perfectly straight and wonderful. They have a policy against tattooing significant others' names on people, which I think is smart. They're sterile and promote a holistic way of cleaning piercings--natural Dr. Bronner's soaps and saline. They don't promote the whole antibacterial DESTROY EVERYTHING approach. I'm so happy with my piercings, and I highly recommend them.
Pros: amazingly skilled, fun atmosphere, interesting location, clean, reasonably priced for a skilled piercer.
Cons: downtown berkeley w/metered parking or 1 hr parking

First piercing done at Industrial Strength -- extremely professional -- pristine working conditions -- they KNOW what they're doing. Lysa was terrific to work with -- took a good deal of time explaining what I needed to do, what to expect, etc. Met and exceeded my HIGH standards and expectations.
Pros: CLEAN, Professional, experienced
Cons: cash preferred
