Good drinks, restaurant has closed, now bar is closed. The owner was operating the bar, he close the restaurant. The only food available was some limited bar appetizers, which are nice. Now it looks like everything has closed.
fun place to hang out with friends. good to go to just to have some fun drinks and conversation... when else are you going to see your guy friends sipping out of a straw of a fruity blended drink and not worry about being girly?
Editorial Review. Lounge on sofas and antique furniture in a bar serving draft and bottled beer, wine and specialty cocktails.
old saloon style feeling. Comfy sofas, tables to gather around, dim, but not dark lighting. Low key attitude. Slightly older crowd than the bars closer to campus. Great selection of mixed drinks (though a little more expensive than some other places in Berkeley, still cheaper than a bar in SF).…
