I have changed!. MY WIFE JOINED BEFORE ME. I HAVE BECOME MORE GROUNDED AS A MAN OF VALOR FOR THE LORD-JESUS SINCE LEARNING HOW TO BE A BETTER MAN OF GOD!

I AM NOT PERFECT, BUT GOD AND CWC KEEPS ME WHOLE . THE LORD! THE COV IS MY HOME!

Covenant Worship Center with Pastor Kelly Woods is a fantastic ministry. I have known Pastor Kelly Woods and his wife Andrea since before they were married. As teens Kelly and my son Antoin Timmons went to school and graduated together. Before he became a Pastor he often ministered at my church which was then in Pittsburg, Ca.

I had the honor of marrying he and his wife. These are wonderful people who love God and are doing a great work for the Lord in the S.F. Bay Area. I have had the honor of ministering on various occasions at Covenant Worship Center. We were always warmly recieved and the services were highly annointed.

I would strongly recomment this ministry to anyone who is searching for a church home in the Bay Area or is just looking for a place to enjoy a great worhip experience. Whenever we visit the Bay Area it is always a joy to fellowhip with Pastor Kelly & Andrea Woods & his wonderful congregation.

May you continue to be blessed and encouraged in the Lord.

Maybe. Yea, you may have known him in the early part of his life. But being a person who currently works with him and his wife behind the seen you will really get to know another side of both of them. Pastor Kelly at one point was a very, very cool non judgemental person. But over the years, he has become the person who allows his wife to dictate the ministry (whether he realize it or not). A person can say what they want on the outside or a person that's part of his past, but only the ones who have and currently work with them will see and tell you a different story. To know a first lady like Andrea is amazing (and I don't mean that in a good way). I have seen them (mainly her) hurt people and allow them to leave the ministry with a "Oh well" attitude. This is not the we as Christians are suppose to act. As soon as God give me the "ok", my family is out! I wouldn't be suprised if neither rmake it in. Many can preach, teach, talk loud, have awesome church and appear to be the ideal Pastor and Wife, but there is more you have to achieve before God say "Good and well done, my good and faithful servant". God won't be pleased until they resolve the issues with the people they have hurt and wounded and allowed to walk away from the ministry.

A Place Where the Holy Spirit Dwells. What can I say about Covenant? I've loved it since I first came there in 2000. Pastor Woods is a caring, loving and very powerful Man of God who preaches straight from the Bible. He teaches what it means to live a Holy, Spirit-filled life. Covenant is a well balanced ministry that has something for everyone. Powerful preaching, powerful teaching, powerful choir, powerful youth department. You name it and Covenant has a ministry for you. Covenant has been a blessing to me and my family. As a 3rd Generation Apostolic that have heard some of the greatest preachers and teachers over the years, I would say that Pastor K.R. Woods is one of the best. Anyone that has met and heard Pastor Woods knows that he is genuinely concerned about saving souls. Anyone that speaks to the contrary, the truth is not in them. Is there any good thing that comes out of Berkeley? I would say, Come and See. Peace and Blessings

What can i say about Convenant Worship Center. Looking from the inside out:

Choir:

If you need to hear up to date Gospel songs, then its worth a visit. Sis. Kim has worked very hard to ensure the choirs sound etc. If you catch them on a good-sunday, you'll be sure to get at least one shout in.

Preached Word

Pastor Woods - Well versed in the delivery of God messages, for intended audiences. Catch him on a good sunday, you'll be sure to get a least one shout in.

CWC is a young church (10 yrs old) yet to be grounded - Unfortunately -- good music and shouting every Sunday, won't help you make it into the Kingdom of Heaven.

Clicks:

Yes - clicks do exist within CWC, primarily as it relates to the functioning ministries within the church.

Sad but true, - I have personally watched many good seasoned christian folk - come to CWC with an open heart, ready to serve God, in sacrificing themselves for the service of God, -- Leave sad, hurt, dissappointed, and let down by church leadership, internal operations and double-standards.

Gods church has no place for favoritism, clicks, position jocking, rumors, lies, and double-standards.

However, - If you're looking for a place to hear good music, and get a shout in, -- then CWC is the place for you.

If you looking for the "True Annoiting of God",... I would look for a more Bible based church, Onebased on real precepts and real-life examples of living - utilizing God words as primary direction.

Food for thought:

A sermom lived is much better than mere words preached across a podium, pulpit or microphone.

God Truly Dwells Here. Covenant Worship Center is truly a place where I can let down my hair and take off my shoes and praise the true and living God. If you need some where to go then this is the place to go 2622 San Pablo Ave.

Spirit Filled. Choir was off the hook last Sunday. If you like Gospel music you have got to come and hear the choir.

Worship. The name of the church says it all "Covenant Worship Center." Truly this is a place where you can worship the Lord in Spirit and in Truth. It will be an experience that you will never forget.
