Consistently great no-frills facials, waxing, lash and brow tints at a great price!. Penelope's Aesthetics is a treasure. I've been a customer for over 10 years--and have never been disappointed. A little off the beaten path, but still in the heart of Rockridge (call Penelope to get her new address), but well-worth putting in the effort to find her. Low-key, not Claremont fancy--but the best aesthetician services I've ever had and at very reasonable prices. Also, Penelope is very flexible on hours--her office is in a great little cottage behind her house. An added bonus--Penelope is a very sweet, salt-of-the-earth person that I always look forward to seeing. A 10 in my book for consistently great service at a fair price.
