Despite multiple messages, and dozens of calls, can't get in touch with anyone at John S. Allen's offices. If you like your neighbors to be distant and virtually unreachable... this agent is a great neighbor.

(as an aside, I the rate was actually $100+ more than quoted and coverage was less than promised.)

I recommend John. I’ve known John, Ken, and Tammy for the last ten years. I would and have recommended John’s State Farm Office to friends and family.

Wonderful experience. I recently visited John Allen State Farm Insurance Office on Claremont Avenue in Oakland, when I say a wonderful experience and great customer service from all of the staff. Most definitely makes you want to share that experience with all you come in contact with. Thanks John, Ken, Tami.
