For the real experience, check it out on Friday or Saturday nights. That's when you'll find the biggest, best-dressed crowds.
Parking:
Street parking on Telegraph and Grand avenues is well lit and pretty easy to come by, but be careful to read posted signs for restrictions. Meter maids stay out late, too.
