I have a business card of my mother's, who worked there in 1942 ." Velma McFaddin", (sic) I will have to get down there. I know some greats used to drop in there over the years for repair of instruments and for scores and cheat sheets. Some noted such as Tommy Todd, the pianist/arrranger who played for Harry James, and trio'd with Benny Goodmen, and backed Ella Fitgerald. Also Lionel Hampton, and a few I forget. Tommy Todd was Mom's nephew in law, and both of them top notch musicians. Again, I'll have to tour the place... someday.
- Pros: Been around since at least 1942 ( experience is everything)
- Cons: None I know of....
