A True Expert

Dr. Brokstein is a true expert. He really knows what he is talking about and explains it to his patients. He gives you your treatment options and tells you what their pros and cons are. I started going to his office 9 years ago and have never thought about going to anyone else. And his staff is some of the nicest, knowledgeable, and professional people in the field. This office invests in the best dental technology available and their prices are comparable to other DDS in the area.

I'm not sure about the other reviews on this site, but have seen more positive ones on other sites (like Yelp). I highly recommend Dr. Brokstein to anyone who not only wants quality dental care, but who also wants to learn how to care for their teeth (so they will have them in 30 years).

Really Lousy Experience

You should avoid this dentist if possible. He appeared not very concerned about pain and was very expensive.

Do not RECOMMEND

My senior citizen father went here. He had no dental coverage. So they charged him cash every time he went for an appointment towards the cost of the service knowing he had no coverage. Four years later. My father received a surprise letter from a collection agency stating he owed this dentist 4099. and when we questioned and asked his secretary for the records as to why in the world would my father owe this amount. They refused to submit the so called evidence. You should see the work on my fathers teeth. All he did was shave down his teeth. I think the dental board should see this type of work. We told the collection agency they refused to submit the evidence. The collection agency agreed with us that when we ask for this. They should of given it to us. We will probably be in court to get this resolved. We also have reported it to the federal trade commissioner. This is really a off the wall dentist.

• Cons: Trying to get four grand he didn't earn. And won't submit the evidence to back it up.
