If you are looking for courteous professionalism. Hiten the manager is warm and wonderful. He is very friendly and kind. He is not in a hurry and treats the customers with respect. If you are looking for the rare personal touch, I couldn't recommend this place more highly. I have had a box here for over two years and have mailed things over fifty times, so I feel like I have enough experience to judge the overall quality of this place.

TO the previous reviewer, I would say that a power failure is an unforeseen act, and is not the fault of UPS. I would also say that it is up to the sendee to use good judgment and not send a package during a power failure, or perhaps try another location. This is an unusual circumstance.

Don't go here. There was a power outage on feb. 9 and they assured me that my packages would be okay because they were weighed and paid for already. The packages never arrived and one of the packages was a booklet I stayed up to 3 AM to finish so I could meet a deadline. It was due Feb. 17 and I though Feb. 9 was plenty enough time. The other package was a book to my family members which cost over $9 to mail and never got there.

I am furious.
