The Scene – Open since the wee 1900s, now the only signs of any age are a light-up shuffleboard game and the vintage neon sign out front. Otherwise, it's an austere bar, with counters made of cheap, faux marble lined with stained wood. Green panels let soft, tinted light illuminate the mirrors; but neon beer signs and fluorescent lighting primarily color the space, dumping it into the present day.
