Best Kitfo. Period.. I have been to every ethio place in the bay area, and to most of of them in Chicago and London. This place is by far the best and most consistent. I've been happy with their entire menu, but I keep coming back for the Kitfo raw, the doro tibbs, and the ater kik.

Best Ethiopian. My favorite Ethiopian in the area. I only eat vegetarian, but the yemester wot is fabulous. Shiro wot varies, but overall is amazing (sometimes too runny). Have tried Calucci, Massawa, Blue Nile and Ethiopia off Telegraph, and come back to Addis again and again. Nice thin injera.

Best ethiopian in the area. This place is almost always packed with ethiopians when we are there, which pretty much indicates its authenticity and quality. The food is excellent, the service is pretty good, and the portions are huge for the price. I wouldnt go anywhere else for ethiopian around here.

I love it. I go here all the time. I find the amount of food, flavor, and price to be excellent and yes, I have tried ALL the Ethiopian restaurants in the area, and I just really like this one. it is flavorfull without being super vinegary. Of course I am vegetarian so I don't know about the meat althouh my friends seem to enjoy it. The service is very good for me but I am a long time customer. I have seen it be average to good for others. Usuall ythere is only one server and they get very busy dependending on the day (esp. during Ethipian holidays/soccer!) I reccomend it!

About average. I read one good review online, and it was a little dissapointment. My friends and I were the only people there (it was, I think friday night or saturday night). The people seemed nice but the food wasn't great. I was rather dissapointed. Their food tasted kind of plain-- there are so many ethiopean restaurants in the small area that I wouldn't go back there again.
