Hypoallergenic, Eco-friendly +Nice people, Great Service. My house just shines after they leave!!! And I have allergies so they provide hypoallergenic products and are very sensitive to my special needs.

I started using these folks as a result of a referral from a good friend and I have not been disappointed. I use them regularly and have never had any problems.

They are incredibly honest and I feel totally secure with them in the house (whether or not I am home). Plus they are very nice people, pleasant to be around, respectful of my privacy and concerns and extremely considerate.

I recommend them totally.

The best I have ever used. I have used this service every week for 5 years. I trust them implicitly (they even have a key to my house) and appreciate the cheerful and considerate approach to home services. They have helped me do everything from weekly cleanings to "staging" my house when I sold it. They helped me pack and then to unpack and organize my new house. They also did a very complete and professional "move out" cleaning (and this was a huge task as I had lived over 30 years in the old house).

When I had an operation, April checked on me every day. She brought me food and ran errands and cheered me up when I was in pain.

Their prices are very reasonable and they are very generous with extra help and miscellaneous tasks.

I have referred them to others who also love their work. None of the people I know that use them have had any complaints, so I read the review written by a disgruntled client on this site and am quite indignant. Clearly this guy is trying to justify the fact that he did not pay them for their services and canceled his check. If he was not 100% satisfied, it still does not entitle him to pay them nothing since they clearly spent time working in his house. I know that they always give the price before providing the service so he must have agreed to the amount in advance. People who take advantage of service workers in such a shabby manner should be ashamed of themselves. I wonder how he would feel if his employers withheld his paycheck if they did not like his job performance.

I urge anyone looking for housekeeping and home services to give Last Minute Housekeeping a try. You wont regret it!!

very poor quality clean. After a $90 1 br apt cleaning, for which I also tipped $20 sight unseen, there was still dust on the furniture, the bedroom wasn't vacuumed at all, they didn't mop the hardwood underneath the futon or the tile around the toilet, they didn't clean the refrigerator, which had been explicitly part of the contract, and they didn't wipe down any of the mirrors.

I called to complain, was told it would be dealt with, and then heard nothing for weeks. I cancelled the check, thankfully, anticipating slow response to my concerns, so I'm only out the cancel fee.

I would never recommend this service to anyone.
