After reading all the reviews here, I was surprised, I have always received excellent service at this restaurant, and it is one of my family’s favorites. Then, I realized that most of the reviews were complaining that the waiters spoke little to no English. True. This restaurant caters specifically to its Chinese patrons, and doesn’t worry about interlopers who don't speak Cantonese. Unfair? Maybe, but this restaurant has thrived for many years, and the food is always excellent. I guess if you want better service, learn some Cantonese.
Pros: Free Parking, excellent food
Cons: can be busy on weekends

I've eaten here at least a dozen times. I love their dim sum, they've got a beautiful view, but it never fails, everytime I go here, I get the worst service. Every server barely speaks English and is just improperly trained. You literally have to call them over a couple times just to get your glass of water filled. And forget trying to order a dish you don't know the name of, for you'll end up struggling trying to explain the dish to like 3 different servers and getting the wrong dish brought over to you 2-3 times before they get it right. Seriously, if it wasn't for the food, I would not come back. If you do plan on trying this place, go when the Blue Angels are practicing. You'll get tasty dim sum, an awesome view and a great show all at once...maybe it'll get your mind off the terrible service.
