Best watch authorized dealer in Oakland. i have bought many watches at this very location. Kim is a great person, with a positive attitude and great patience. Strongly recommended to anyone who is looking for nice, glassy watches at a reasonable price

The "best" service I've had since I've been in chinatown. I'm really sad to find Kim Long Jewelry has changed to Jing Long Jewelry. I've been a loyal customer for quite sometime. At first I was glad to find a familiar face in one of the salesman. However, I was pretty shocked to find him yelling at customers. This was one of the worst services I've ever seen. What in a man's right mind gives him the idea to yell at a customer. I known him for quite sometime as well but this time it was just too much.

I've recently found Kim again at 988 Broadway at a new location. Now here's a real salesman! Thanks for referring me to the ring Kim!
