Prompt Seating and Good Food. I love how we always get seated promptly and the food never fails to disappoint. From the sweet tofu to the pan fried dumplings, it is all so good! Did I forget to mention cheap?

Great Dimsum. Drinking hot tea & eating variety of delicious dimsum. Now that's the great combination. Carts full of different kind of food going here and there. Just dont come late, otherwise you wont get many too choose from. Steamed, baked, deep fried, sauteed.

If you're looking for fancy dimsum, you won't find it here. Fancy dimsum = fancy restaurant = fancy price. Nevetheless they do have more than the most common dishes. But no fancy stuff. Good price for good food.

It doesnt happen too often but you can't always get a description of what's on the cart (not all waiter/waitresses speak english).

There's an inexpensive parking garage 2 blocks away. And a pay lot across the street. No validation, though.

grease-ville. I agree with the last review. While this is a fun place to go with friends for its bustling mixed crowd on the weekends as well as for the reasonably priced fare, the dim sum is greasy as heck. All three times I've been there over the span of a few years, same results. I actually managed to turn my boyfriend OFF of dim sum by taking him here. The last time I went with a bunch of friends, still greasy and I was only able to stomach about 4 pieces which is not alot at all for a dim sum venue! I think I am being a bit generous in my ratings for this place, as the best thing there was the great company.

Hold the grease please. We've had dim sum at Jade Villa probably close to ten times. The last 2 times it was so greasy, I've decided not to go back. The dim sum that comes on the carts is heavily weighted towards shrimp items, although I guess you can try to order other items off the menu. I've noticed something odd about their music there that it runs on a loop. One time we listened to the same song looping for over an hour.
