They moved!. Your information is out-dated. Tin's moved out of Oakland several years ago to Walnut Creek. It's still owned by Alice and it's still excellent.

Fine fresh food. This place is relatively new and serves fine food with prompt service, try their seafood and tofu soup.

The place rocks. I've eaten chinese food all around the world and when it comes to Dim Sum, this place is head-and-shoulders above most. You can't go wrong with any of the dishes. The staff is friendly and quick. Whether it's a quickie on your lunch break or full course dinner, I highly recomend Tin's

Almost the best. While I still prefer Ton Kiang in San Francisco, Tin's Teahouse is very good, bordering on excellent. Many of the dim sum dishes are unique, all are fresh and tasty. Highly recommended!
