Best Shrimp Dumpling Soup in Oakland Chinatown. I've been coming here since my family brought me as a kid. I love their Shrimp Dumpling Noodle Soup (Xiao Cao), which I think is their speciality. I've never really had anything else besides their soups (their jook is good, too). Yum, I might have to get a bowl after work!
