All Mercedes Life Savers. Who likes to have their battery fail? its frustrating right? All Mercedes took my tow and made it right in record time. They checked a bunch of other stuff too. Thank god. I'll go back!

Mercedes repaired with care. My car was at the dealer and they wanted 800.oo more for the repairs i didn't need right away , i looked up in google and found all mercedes, and took it to them they r honest people and told me what i need now and what i need later save me almost 1000.oo in the process

One stop shop with great deals. I've been going here for about 2 years now. They have everything you need for you mercedes. I've got a new set of wheels, car cover and had my car service at the same time. One stop shop with great deals.

Poor Csutomer Service. I will never ever go to Oakland Mercedes again to do my services. They are poor handling customer problems. Some of service advisors are not even care about customers. They are humiliating me. I brought this luxury car to expect to have high quality of service. Apparently, I did not have it in this store.
