Fantastic Fried Chicken, Nice Baked Goods. The fried chicken here is fantastic! The take-out prices are a real bargain for scrumptious fried chicken, creamy mashed potatoes with country gravy, and buttered honey bread. I confess I've never eaten in the sit-down restaurant part, but I'm sure the food is good, because the take-out is excellent. The bakery is also excellent. Their cakes and cookies never disappoint. A great place to get food to take home.

Why are there no reviews for Merritt Restaurant?!. This place is awesome! I love it! It's in the same vein as Denny's, except better food and better service. Go here for late night dining or a delicious waffle.
