Great customer service!

Great customer service! Our Sony TV had no picture one morning, and I looked online via Sony Help. Alpha Electronics immediately came out to the house, and fixed it on the spot. The cost of the in-house call + labor + parts came out to $255. All the other authorized Sony dealers would not come out earlier than 2 weeks, and they estimated their cost at $180 for just the call. The technician was pleasant and efficient. Our TV looks brand new with beautiful pictures/colors!

Fast and effcient

Well, i remember last time when i called in Alpha Tv , there's a guy who picked my call , he's nice and scheduled me for sending technicians to my house to fix my LG tv. The technicans come next day and they are very efficient with handling the TV, and works very quickly . My tv was actually out of warranty so i have to pay myself but the cost for fixing my tv they gave wasn't really expensive. Couple days later their technican visit again with the parts, they quickly installed it and guess what? my Tv works just like before. I really recommand this Tv shop, they are quick and effcient.

SCAM ARTISTS WHO WANT YOUR MONEY!!

This place should be shut down. Scam artists who have no integrity and want your money. I am also upset with Toshiba for doing business with a company like this. Don't believe ANYTHING they say.

HORRIBLE Customer Service!! DON'T GO HERE!!

Basically, I had a SONY LCD TV that needs repair and it's under warranty. I called them and asked if they can fix it. I told them that I bought the TV off eBay and asked if it was still okay. They said it was totally fine. All I had to do was send them the receipt and they will call me back. I got a call back and they told me that they cannot repair it for me. They gave me false hopes and disappointed me. I decided to call another repair location. This was absolute horrible customer service. They never tried to help me out. They just wanted to make money.
