Great customer service, good food. Good food, nice atmosphere, attentive, genuinely nice customer service.

Parking can be a bear and they are a little expensive, but otherwise a great place.

Best Sushi & Service Around. Hands Down.. I have been a patron of House of Sake for 8 years, actually - it was my first sushi experience (that apprehensive "ewww, raw fish!?" at 19yrs old) They are the BEST - hands down. Not only is the service phenominal, they have the freshest, best variety of sushi around. Go anywhere else, order the Godzilla Roll & you will be settling without a doubt. Now, don't get me wrong, there are some fantastic sushi bars throughout the Bay, (Sushi Groove, Jo's, Happy Roll, Kaiwa) but something always brings me back to square one. Rock on. ...I will be feasting there tonite...mmmm.

& yes...their parking lot can get full & is a bit awkward -but you can always park in the back or on Pine Street. Must do a "Slammer" when you are there - fun game to play with large groups. ;^)

Premium Sushi Experience. If you're in the mood for excellent sushi and don't mind spending some cash to step up from the all you can eat places, then you can't go wrong with this place.

The fish is always fresh and the quality is consistent. They even have an above average salad starter. I prefer to sit at the bar, but if you have a large crowd the tables are all right.

If you're in the mood for specialty rolls I highly recommend the flower roll and the godzilla roll - both are cooked so if you're with squeemish newbies you can't do better than these excellent choices.

It's a family run restaurant not a chain.
