Nordstroms. I placed an order for 4 pairs of Uggs. When I originally placed the order, I entered one of the pairs with a wrong size. I sent an email and got a nice reply from Customer Service and they made the change for me. That was really nice. My order arrived in just a few weeks as it was an international shipment. Everything was exactly as I ordered and all the sizes were correct.
